I just love this, furnishings and all! I would require handicap rails in the bathroom. And of course, as I always ask ... a GARAGE! I have seen tiny homes with one bedroom that have a garage.

This house could be adapted for a person in a wheelchair since you have such a nice wide hallway and sliding doors. The master closet is fantastic.

Wow. This is a unique floor plan. I like the floorplan not so much the style of decorating but that can be changed due to preferences . This suits, in my opinion a single person or maybe a couple and no more. It is headed in the direction I am looking for - 1 person living alone with a small guest room for occasional visitors.

I like the deep porch that would be useful for summertime living, and I like the entry foyer. I'm happy enough about the woodstove in the living room, but I wonder about the functionality of massive black block in the kitchen. I'm not thrilled about the laundry machines being in the front entry, nor the lack of a pantry, nor the lack of a second bathroom - even a half bath. The square footage used for the huge walk-in closet might have been better used for these things.

Love the floor plan! Not into decor style but wood and stone are superb. Carry the stone in living room over past pot belly stove and put it on a hearth and it will heat whole home!👍👍

Needs a second bath relative to the space. I dislike the kitchen island, and would prefer to have a counter height butcher block top kitchen table.

How wide is the master bedroom window to the other side? I need 10’ width for the bed and night stands. Perfect open concept with a wood stove/oven. I love this home except for 1 thing…no 2nd bathroom! 😔☹️😢 How about another try? Would another 1-200 sq ft give me what I’m looking for?

Thank you for the dimensions, that was a nice touch. I agree with the title, it is beautiful and does feel very spacious. Let's take a moment to appreciate the classic/casual vibe and good materials that are timeless and low maintenance. The metal roof, redwood siding, and the wood stove against the stone feature wall are classics. Although the huge front porch is a great feature, I can see why you brought us in the side door - the mudroom/laundry area is 🔥! I was not expecting the deluxe closet, bit of a surprise in a good way. It is kind of unusual that the small bedroom has the big closet and the big bedroom has the small closet, but those preferences would depend on who owns the house. Some may even want a small en-suite bathroom rather than a huge closet (but it is an awesome closet). For me, I would not have the kitchen island, just a dining table. Then I could have room to put a hall tree for coats beside the front door. Overall, a very welcoming home or cabin for a couple or a small family.

I’m not crazy about the kitchen with the table attached to the island. It makes the eating area claustrophobic. The rest is alright especially the covered porch.

Though I understand these videos are about the house, but if you are going to create landscaping or a property layout, it also should make sense. There is no clear front entry. The covered porch seems to be it, given the driveway design, but the entry closet space seems to be for the stone step entry. If so, why would you have the entrance on grass? Switch the driveway approach to come up the left so you can have gravel or tarmac at the stone steps. Even with that, I do not like the sink and Laundry at what appears to be the main entrance. Bedroom sizes and the walk in closet need reworking. Fit in a second bathroom.

Das schaut gut aus. Allerdings sollten einige Anpassung möglich sein. Tatsache ist, dass für mich schwarz niemals in Frage kommt. Farben müssen hell sein um dich wohl zu fühlen ❤
