Looks delicious! I’ve made 9 discadas out of farming harrow discs and as gifts for friends and family. Having my own welding and metal fabricating shop on my property sure helps.

Why not use a black stone instead. Much lager surface area, and can control temp on four separate areas of the griddle.

A Blackstone would be great to have. I didn't know they had 4 temp control areas. I guess it's more nostalgia for me. My dad used a Disco, and I thought it was awesome! You can do things on a Blackstone that you can't on a Disco, but I love cooking with "juices" and a Disco is better for that. Like chicken and squash or Fideo - anything with a broth. But I'd still love to have a Blackstone. Thanks for watching! 👍🏽✌🏽
