Umm jesse dont you know ther is no permanent oil deposite when u place the workbench tear 4 , 2 oil deposite will spawn and if you start mining both of them on some point it will break or run out, then ther is another oil deposite will spawn its like a limited of 2 deposite from placing ur workbencg tear 4 get it? Correct me if i am wrong but of curse u can have 3 or more if you buy the oil dids

hes using them because u need tier 2s for them not to get stuck otherwise he would be losing over half causing him to loose about half he is getting from using tier 2s or not using any conveyor belts

So he not wasting any oil deposit, and wasting oil deposit hurts so much, for the oil resource deed that is faster cost 500K is alot and waiting for free oil is takes forever. And permanent oil isnt permanent it just takes long time so thats why you should store some oil
