Now just paint all the metal bronze color and put self closing hinges on lol. I’m wondering why you didn’t do feathers after the tar? lol. You and i are very similar but you’re a little crazier in the OCD than me. The tar on everything above the ground has me baffled a bit. I live in Florida and i can’t even see how it would make a fence last longer. I don’t think i wouldve have welded the aluminum-it would just be brackets or face plate supports like our pool screen rooms in Florida -tho the welding does give it a cleaner look. I would’ve stuffed some wood in the end of some joints of the joints and ran a bolt thru to connect and strengthen a lot of joints-in the end I’d have more of a gap all the way around the frame but that gap gets covered by wood slats. But your idea worked great-my patience adhd and OCD would be colliding with project. But it looks awesome and really is easy but i think it probably scared some ppl watching it because you are showing such detail. Ppl probably think you are screwing up but you are showing the custom process that ppl don’t see a contractor do out in their yard and no 2 jobs would be the same.

I just found someone that my wife would call a lost brother. I as well go over the top when building. Why because I cannot just build anything that's just good enough. My wife calls me Over the Top or OTP. Love the videos

Honestly I think this will rot quicker, with him putting the tar on the pressure treated, if he didn't wait till it fully dried, it could cause issues

Glad you liked it. yeah I didn't realize how much there was to it and just couldn't delete out a lot of the details in order to shorten it.
