New sub idol, gusto ko rin sana matuto ng spanish, frances, portuguese. Ano masgandang mga mapag aaralan through online itong mga lenguahe na ito. First sana spañol ang gamda kasi sa pandinig ko ung spanish language haha.

Intervista eccellente! Mi ci è voluto un po' per imparare la lingua, ma ciò che mi ha aiutato molto è stato parlare con i miei amici italiani ogni volta che ne ho avuto la possibilità. I filippini imparano altre lingue più velocemente delle altre in base alla mia osservazione, ma forse le altre nazionalità non hanno questo interesse.

Kudos, it is always an asset for Filipinos to speak foreign languages. Others mis-categorize this as unpatriotic. I disagree, it is more unpatriotic to be insular.

Not just foreign languages, but domestic languages should be learned as well. Many Filipinos don't make the effort when many can get by with Tagalog and English.

Very hard for filipino not to learn a foreign language since innately, most can already speak 2 dialects since Tagalog is a mandatory language. Add English and now a visayan, ilocano, or kapampangan knows 3. I have been everywhere in the world and have yet to run into a Filipino that can’t speak that country’s language. Educate those people about the Filipino gift of how easy we learn other languages.

It isn't easy to learn a language with Filipinos or otherwise. They learn other languages, because they are willing to do so, and put in the work. Not because it is easy. Filipinos in Manila on average are not willing to learn other languages, if they can get by with Tagalog and English. @@rl8571

@@rl8571 If Spanish education was actually given proper attention and value like our ancestors did during the First Philippine Republic and early years of American colonization, we would probably know at least 3, English, Filipino and Spanish and at least 4 for the non-Tagalogs.

Mga pinoy kasi, kunteto na sa english at tagalog. Parang wala na rin yung default advantage natin sa english mga pinoy since dami nang marunong.

Yes some words is similar but it sounds more like Portuguese....

Yeah. But Italian is 'say it as you read it' with minding the rules; like saying 'ga, ghe, ghi' or 'ca, che, chi' or 'cha, ce, ci'. I think it easier to learn than the Spanish. In Spanish, reading the 's' and 'z' depending on where it was placed made it a bit difficult.
