After the video we found out the man who threw rocks at me while I was driving on the highway was 63 year old Dwight - a fireman for the Byars Fire Department (who was on call at this time). What I thought was a weapon on his hip turned out to be his radio for the fire station. Excellent way to set an example for the other people in town! I won't post his address but he's a local. What an idiot!

Bad neighbors made me move my family from the previous home location.. It all started from my kid they say he is too loud but actually his tooths were growing and it use to cry a lot specially at night, the second trouble with them appear 2 years latter in a saturday when i got in the car with wife to get her in rush to hospital because she was in pain had some medical issues they call cops on us (to me it appear they were friend with one cop call him by it's nickname because they only spoke to him from all 3 units came on that call ) and they told him i left the house from alley with long tire screetching noise and loud exhaust to those cops it appear like i did burnouts all night long up & down the neighbor street when in fact i told them what happen really and cops still give me a ticket for disturbing the peace of neighbors, weekend past shortly and monday (next week) right after that we woke up in morning to go with the kid to school and me to work when we exit found some dead birds to our house door and that was it.. that was the nail in the coffin, i knew we could not stand there anymore so we moved as fast we could, the new home is in a better spot more quiet because it has more space between properties so we will see how it goes..

One of the pitbulls tried to bite my girlfriend in the finger when she was watering her flowers. I was cutting the grass and the cane corso decided to tried to bite my shoulder but ended up getting my shirt. So after those two incidents I’ve talk to my neighbor face to face told him about his dogs and he told me that I can shoot them if I want to. I said what the hell is wrong with you and that why do you have these dogs anyway. He’s never home to feed the dogs and let’s just say I didn’t shoot the dogs but I did give them a reason not to hurt me or my girl anymore. We solved the dog problem without putting them down and now we cool with them but this neighbor that owns them now likes to throw parties and plays music all damn night. Recently tho he’s been having money problems and he planned to move out.

The old man’s name is Dwight McCullar he’s a volunteer firefighter who is an old meth head with a temper problem, my encounter with him involved him coming over and cussing and threatening me in my yard in front of my and other children who got scared and cried. Then he called the cops as well… he’s a class act

Hey Randy my guess would be that if the old cranky ass is a fireman and represents the county in some sort of way, they usually of a code of conduct that they are held to and can jeopardize their employment as a result of being an ass and causing not only damage to someone else’s property, but what if that would have startled you, and caused you to react in a manner that resulted in you being seriously hurt in an accident? Believe it or not, that could be considered assault! As a former Deputy Sheriff, I’ve responded to calls like this, and it didn’t turn out well for the assailant. No professional public safety personnel commit crimes on duty, and that's what this dude did. He needs to get charged and disciplined through his agency. It's on video. No argument he was clearly in the wrong. If he'll lose his cool with a dude driving down the road, imagine what he does when he doesn't get his way on a call or fireground. Somebody threw rocks at my vehicle, especially if he would’ve threw them at the window and it busted and caused you to get hurt. Even with no damages you should still press charges or file a complaint. Wouldn't hurt adding a couple more cameras to your system in case of retaliation and be sure to put a sign up stating there are cameras so no can cry about entrapment.

This happened to me. I was in my neighborhood driving around a corner and my front wheels squeeled because they were completely bald. I Got in that POS face and told him what the prob was and his 70 something father actually threatened me. I wish I had my phone recording.

Just some things to note: Just because he has a radio on his hip does not mean hes on duty or "on call" in the traditional sense. A lot of volunteer departments do not have assigned days where you report in, if theres a call everyone shows up to the station. You could say we're on call 24/7/365 but its a weird way to put it. I do hope the guy was repremanded, but its hard to do with the shortage of volunteers across the nation. For anyone reading this, try volunteering at your local fire station. You don't have to kick down doors or be some macho guy, sometimes handing out water to the crews or filling up air bottles can be the difference in something going smoothly or not. Give them a chance, they will find a role you can comfortably fill. And maybe, just maybe, it'll be enough to make suspending someone like this guy an easier choice. (For what its worth, I'm no where near that state so I don't know their exact situation, but the issues I mentioned are seen across the board unfortunately)

Agree with one of your other subscribers Randy. From a couple of days ago, you and your buddies need to take a whole road up and give him something to really cry about and do a good burn out. In front of his place, thank you for uploading this video. I'm sitting here watching the old man and I'm flipping him off. Cause I would have done the same exact thing you did . That was definitely a childish little b**** move. I love watching your channel. You don't throw rocks at a moving car. What happens if that would have hit you in the head and cause an accident? I just don't understand why that old man would have done that. You just don't throw rocks at a moving car. Hopefully, when the sheriff talked to you. He got a good talking by the sheriff because I was wondering if he was throwing rocks at more cars than just you as well.

Holy fuck!!!!!! I have never seen anything like this. That could have escalated into a major event. Cool heads prevail for sure. He has to have a problem. Stay away from him Randy. There is no telling what he will do. What if your window was down and he hit you. Jesus Christ!!! Someone could have died. The sheriff was excellent but the “good ole boy” attitude isn’t what is needed here.
