Is there any e-mtb you'd recommend over this? Say similar torque/speed, better suspension for a similarly reasonable price?

I'm going say for an ebike the price is acceptable. You work for trek so you know there are some regular bikes the price is not to far off from the cost of this one. Awesome review as always.🚴‍♂️🚴‍♂️🚴‍♂️

Steel frame is a plus to me. The aluminum frame of my samebike gave up at the dropouts.

I think the weight limit might be lower looking at the frame and lack of rear support

Haven’t tried those bikes but I’d say so based on the sale price of this one compared to the retail prices of Super73

No, super 73 provides quality and warranty. I’ve seen several videos of the freego being junk right out the box . Would recommend the zx or a zooz bike

Why does this e-bike say max speed of 25 km per hour on the website?

Yeah not sure, I think it may be because it ships as a class II ebike but you can change the settings to make it faster

It is really a 1000w scooter hub motor with an 11 amp controller. That is why it is so inexpensive. If it had a real 1500w motor and an 80A controller, it would be what it claims to be.

Im fine with it being a 1000 watt continuous output, with that higher peak when needed. For the price its not terrible. There are probably better options, and im no expert, but i think its a contender at least

I can't seem to get an answer here so maybe you can. I want to know what class is the f1 pro shiped as? What is it's class sticker? Nobody seems to want to answer this question -_-

Not completely sure, but it has a throttle so it has to be either class II or III. They claim the bike goes about 25km/hr so it should be class II.

For that money you can buy a 109 cc Honda Navi that will go 50 mph and is fully street legal

True, but people usually want an ebike because they're electric, quieter, can be used on bike trails, don't require a license, etc reasons. My car actually cost less than this bike when I got it used 😂

@@LasVegasEbikes Yes it’s legal to ride an e bike on the streets but it’s not fully street legal since they usually don’t have turn signals , brake lights and street legal head lights.

Help!!!...please...so I let my nephew borrow my bike for a day which is the (F1 PRO)...... he's 11 and he got the wonderful idea to watch a KZfaq video of someone going into theyre settings on a dk200 and what he was trying to do was make the bike go faster so he messed around with multiple settings in the po system...now the speedometer is off the bike is a little bit slower now and it just don't seem right anymore...so what I'm asking is could someone please go into they're po settings for an f1 pro and let me kno what ur settings are for po numbers 2 thru 9...he said he didn't mess with the po1...just the first set of settings within the system...if u can let me kno ymwhat yours says on your bike and if u could take the time to send me what yours says..I'd be grateful and I'll even cash app u a ten spot just for your troubles..I emailed freego to no avail so please please please let me kno if u can help out...I'd really appreciate it ...thanks much....Joe

It's a mini bike with the motor removed and electric one put in place.. Not a bike. Nobody will be pedaling this thing

Honestly, the pedaling is comfortable enough up to 23 miles per hour. That said, im pretty short so the seat to pedal distance is comfortable for me. I imagine taller people might feel like theyre bunched up while pedaling.
