I’m so happy to see greninja and a great greninja player in general get more attention. It seems to me that this character is not talked about enough and has some insane potential in the meta. It’s unfortunate that he doesn’t seem to be a more popular character because he is so much fun to play!

true, but i think its getting more popular cuz i often see Gfrog player, but the top 5 is rarely compete on big tourney and havent really get great result...maybe thats why this character seems underated

I main gren and have slot of sonic playing friends, and we agree it's either even or losing for gren 45 55 just cause it's so hard for either character to hit their big hits

I think it comes to who has better confirms.Aka kill percent,skill required,how long it works etc.Greninja's kill earlier but require more skill while sonic's aren't that behind in terms of kill power but much more lenient because its either down B fair or up air up B bair/nair while greninja's are like a whole paragraph until up smash.

he's being completely baller, but his jumps are pretty easy to read -Always jumps out of shield -Will usually do a double jump if he's launched high and off stage

Greninja is weird, I can't combo him but neutral isn't bad and I can escort him pretty good. I don't know how to combo high gravity characters yet. But very good video and thank you for the amazing content as always. *MK B META* and have a great day

Nah frame 14 grab and very laggy nair don't help him either. His side b is also actually really bad. Greninja sucks.

@@dave9515 wait, landing Nair is -3/-4 on Shield lol. As example he can just jab after the Nair and the opponent cant punish the Nair. His Grab isnt that good thats right, but his pivot Grab is rly good. covers ledge roll from almost every Char. His side B is rly good dir techchasing on a platform. Can cover every option, cause of the autodetect. Also it hast rly good kill power and you can combo into it and kill people at like 60%
