The objective of the video was to take out the target with a panzerfaust. There was nothing on the bodies that I needed in this playthrough.

I think your panzerfaust was a cheap import- not OEM German manufactured. Rebellion used some sourced from Alibaba to save production costs. Next time check your equipment before using and look for the death's head symbol and made in deuthschland stamp! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

It hit the railing next to him. Even if not a direct hit, the splash damage is enough to kill. or even injure. But nothing happened to him.
