That's super funny that I was mentioned in this video. Yes. I absolutely did have to ultimately create my own game as a way to not get copyright striked by malicious developers. The fact that creators like myself have to resort to such extreme measures to avoid such absurd exploitation is insane lol but on a positive note, I do appreciate that it pushed me to get into game development. However, I think the main thing these malicious developers need to understand... is that they can and will be replaced if they continue doing this to creators.

The most infuriating thing is that there's no repercussions or penalties for false claims, unless it gets dragged to court (which oftentimes is financially out of reach of the small guy). If there's no penalty or risk hanging over submitting false claims, it leaves the door open for abuse.

KZfaq should rework their copyright claims system into a double edged sword. If you make a claim, and your claim turns out to be invalid, YOUR channel recieves a strike; and if you're doing a claim through a third party, YOU are still held culpable and will recieve a strike.

The saddest part about this whole story is that I would not be surprised if KZfaq does nothing about this. Especially after seeing how they handled Quantum.
