I'm 57 and 5.6, I started the same and quickly started losing weight within 18 months I lost 13 kg and now I'm 54 kg. 1100 calories in a day is ok but what about healthy body weight.

In my opinion, Dr Sinclair is doing the right things, except that he is taking it to the extreme, such as taking too many supplements or overexercise (100 push-ups daily), which may be harmful!

May I ask what is your education and field of study?? I think I will listen to Dr Sinclair over you...and 100 pushups a day is not overdoing it. What does your body look like..I can just imagine you are no athlete.

@@mikebrennan5802 maybe 100 pushups a day is not overdoing but most people over 60 won't be able to do even 10 and building muscles at the old age is not easy if possible at all

This does not seem healthy to me. What he eats is healthy but how can you get enough nutrients and calories? I eat organic only , 97 pounds. Just lost weight do to stomach problems. I can’t believe it. Is it IBS, sibo, gastritis, candida no doctor has helped me yet after months. Wait a minute don’t most vitamins have magnesium stearate in them. That is not good. You just can’t live on supplements. Also they are very costly. He has some good ideas but I think that is too many supplements. ☮️

Considering the numerous problems you have and the limited knowledge you have... I would recommend you to listen to various well known expert/potcasters to enlighten yourself.. Try Dr Andrew Huberman and Dr Rhonda Patrick. You should also check out Mikaela Pettersson. Good luck.

His stuff doesn’t work. I have taken both NAD and his other recommendation and absolutely feel nothing. Only thing he got going is his Harvard University name. Rhonda Patrick is way better.
