I love how Kyungho & Dianna work together. You see the love. I'm impressed how Dianna has truly made the effort to continually learn and grow in her husband homeland. It is wonderful to see that he appreciates that and those absolutely adorable little twins! They are going to be heart breakers❤. It is nice to see the grandmother and sister came on the trip. Seeing all of you togther having a wonderful time is very nice. Riding the horses and feeding the animals was a treat. Wow, nice hotel room and going to the restaurant awesome. It was a very nice trip.

I've been to Jeju Island twice, one in 2000 and another in 2019. I don't remember much from 2000 because I was only 9 years old at the time. The one from 4 years ago, I took Jeju Airlines, stayed there for 1N2D, and had black pork Barbecue. I hope your family was able to enjoy black pork barbecue during your stay.

What an interesting trip! I couldn’t eat horse myself (my family rides them and to us they’re like family so I’d feel too guilty. If not for a ton of allergies I’d just be a vegetarian haha) but it’s so great you’re exposing your children to all sorts of experiences! Glad you guys had a wonderful family trip!

I've never been a breakfast person. I love intermittent fasting though which has nice benefits on the body🙂

@@diannainkoreaI hope it works for you! Intermittent fasting didn’t work for me. I ended up gaining weight. Strength workouts to build muscle and having heavy meals for lunch (before 2 pm) and salads and protein for dinner have been the most sustainable way for me to lose weight. Our bodies produce hormones like cortisol and leptin and insulin early so we metabolize the most food before 2pm. I do cardio but nothing strenuous, just walking and occasionally I’ll alternate walking slow and walking fast, or do jumping jacks. But different things work for different people, whatever feels good and what works best for your body, you should absolutely do ❤

This video is from fall. So I lost weight since this. Not only through intermittent fasting, though, but through a variety of changes in my lifestyle. Thanks for noticing! I didn't want to brag just yet! Have a beautiful day, and thanks for the love!

@diannainkorea I, too am doing intermittent fasting. It took three years to get to the weight I wanted. From size 10, i am now size 2. When time to eat, I eat nutrition food and I do not snack at all. Keep it up! When I break my scheduled eating, I knew the next day. I would gain at least two pounds.
