Welcome to Wisconsin...where the weather can do a 180 in minutes! I lived in Wisconsin for 2 years and I know it well. I love cheese curds. The fishing is great especially up north in Door County. My friends have a cabin there. Milwaukee is a little more exciting for things to do and night life. Good stuff Rob and Steve. Steve Huungry! New hashtag :-)

To those that don't understand military humor out it this way if we are not insulting each other somethings wrong it's all in good humor we diss each other cause we are friends of we don't diss someone its cause we don't like them. For example my old battle buddy came over and first thing he does is run up and try to tackle me a friendly wrestling match ensued and my neighbor thought we were fighting and called the cops lol we were just greeting each other lucky the cop was a vet and we all had a good laugh

Green Bay's best attraction is the bay of Green Bay. The fishing!! Walleye, Smallmouth, Musky. Incredible fishing year round. I live in Oconto just north of Green Bay and the walleye fishing around here is world class. Also, it does not take much wind to create some big waves on such a large body of water, especially if it's coming out of the north. 5 to 10mph out of the north will create some 1 to 3ft. Waves easy.

Hi Rob. Tree is silver birch, and yes the bark can be used to write on. Also excellent as a fire starter, for making bushcraft plates and cups and very many other things even canoes.. Here in France we call those showers italien bathrooms, they are exellent for handicaped people.

Rich Ternes that reminds me. It can be like 70 something on the lake shore and you go 10 miles in land and it's 15 degrees warmer, lol. Different snowfall amounts. "lake effect" snow. Gotta love it.

And that weather changing like that is why it's so dangerous to do work out on boats on any of the Great Lakes.. Many of people have died on boats there because of the weather changing so fast..

Hope you like it. That is the future of fishing, environment going the way it is. Read about the shitshow here in florida where they dump billions of gallons of freshwater into our lagoon system. In 50 years, when you cant take your kids fishing because all the waterways are trashed, you can blame all the people who chose money over the earth. If you are a fisherman and you vote for someone who denies global warming or thinks its nothing to worry about, you are a hypocrite of the highest degree.

Not freshwater dumping here in FL. Phosphate mining and associated rainwater runoff cause algae blooms and red tides here. We had a bad red tide here in Pinellas county back in 2006-07. Killed fish, wading and other marine/shore birds, and a few mammals. Had to go out miles from shore to see and catch live fish.

I normally put a wheel Chuck of some sort in between the axles rather than the rear most but it works! Also should deffiantly check out Pittsburgh,PA . Plenty of stuff to do besides the 3 rivers.

You're up in the area my dad was from. He's the one that taught me to fish many, many years ago. This is my second Father's Day without him and I miss our phone calls more than I can say. At least I had him around until I was 61 years old. A lot of guys can't say that.

I’m from WI, grew up on the Mississippi River. You need to get over on the other side and try the fishing there. Also, need to drink Spotted Cow, and have the cheese curds in fried form. And don’t forget to have a brat, and not the johnsonville kind, but a local meat market one. Sincerely all WI people.

It is a birch tree. A lot of people call it paper birch because of how the bark will peel, like paper. Its a great fire starter when paired with a ferro rod.

I was born and raised in the Green Bay Area and boy do we love our cheese curds. One thing you should try is putting a couple curds on a plate and stick those suckers in the microwave for 15-20 seconds! Big fan!

Bay Beach is a pretty big attraction in Green Bay - they have a nature center, small amusement park. There's a Cabela's just down the street from Lambeau. Door County has a lot of smaller communities with shops and restaurants, a few wineries, and a lot of marinas. Cave Point County Park is pretty cool to see, as well. If you end up going back up that way and are looking for a place to eat, stop at PC Junction - they deliver your food via model train, and actually have a lot to do outside, too.

Nine weeks ago, we had a snowstorm of two feet. Weather in Wisco is wild! Also could've told you that there isn't exactly a lot ot do in Green Bay. Lol. It's the biggest small town in the U.S.!
