Per patch, f2p usually gets around 100-110 pulls, while BP and calendar spenders get 130-140. Making MOC, PF, and AS as a weekly thing just only adds 15 more pulls. At max pity and 50/50 and 75/25 loss, a single E0S1 is worth 340 pulls, and since each patch has 2 characters, you’d hypothetically need 680 pulls to 100% guarantee everything in a single patch. So adding 15 more extra pulls to each patch isn’t that big of a deal when it comes to Hoyo, especially since whales will still have to spend lots. 15 pulls is essentially $30USD which doesn’t save much for a whale since whales usually spend $1500-2500USD for an E6S5

Of course that's why I said the biggest benefit for the entire community is being able to play the game more reducing it to 1week cycles the jades are a bonus that the community will appreciate

Totally agree after getting ruan mei and being able to full star all the end game content i have to wait 2 weeks again to play the game for more than 1 hour And the jades ofc is a big problem for f2p

EVERYONE WOULD love this change but it wouldn't be beneficial to the company. And we always need to remember no matter how greedy or giving a company is say it with me.. IT IS STILL A BUSINESS it needs to make money and this could make people stop spending as much as they are. but i love this idea and concept and i wish they would do this but if they do I'd be VERY surprised

Ty for your perspective but I would also say that f2p who still are f2p at this point won't ever spend however light spenders would probably want to spend a little more knowing they got a character they really love and can guarantee longevity of character buy getting a LC. Mtashed is a prime example of someone who stayed free to play loved all the changes HSR made and became a light spender that being said you are right it is a company but giving 15 more pulls and us playing the game a little more is not that big of a change if we come together as a community it can happen

@@GambaAJ Ty for responding! But i still disagree, i feel like if they made these changes the company would lose money. Yeah theres always going to be people that would want to spend more regardless but still there would be a lot of people who wont anymore because of these extra jades. Also hoyo barely listens i mean they have been way more generous with hsr, but still cant forget about genshin and how they have never listened to their community.

What I want is an endgame like bejeweled or tetris or puzzle solving. Something more than just "buy this team comp and clear the endgame with it through battling" because I can't use my resin for basically anything. Relic farming hurts, talent farming needs so much resin with how the highest mats is 130+, I need to build 4 units, I HAVE to get to a certain point in the game to unlock events... I'm so sick of abyss like end Game....

Understandable I totally understand your POV which is why I do believe this is the first step in changing this cycle and asking for more that's why I hope this video does well and gains traction so it become a talking point in the community and if this reaches other CCs and they start to talk about this the Honkai team will respond as they have before to other criticism

Yes this won't change the patch timing but rather give us more endgame slightly more mats but the big takeaway is playing the game more rewarding the players more

Well HSR devs have been more open to criticism and make changes giving 20 more pulls is nothing because it may give more incentive for light spenders to go after light cones
