Hey Divyanshi, you can apply after you give your IELTS test (if you haven’t already) Also searching for universities and applications take some time..but you can apply in your last semester..if you apply and get accepted by universities, and if you haven’t submitted transcripts( as you might be waiting for last sem marks sheet)universities will give you a provisional offer letter and will ask you to submit transcripts. 😊👍
