I'm looking forward to the Made to Order Middle-Earth stuff that goes on Pre-order this Saturday. I have a plan to build a book version of the Grey Company, and will take advantage of them bringing the models back. Granted I can't go too mad, as I'm broke and we have 10th Edition in the Summer to save up for, so I will be getting Elladan and Elrohir , two packs of 3x Rangers of the North and ofc Halbarad . As they are limited time, they are my priority and at a later date will pack out the 31 Rangers of the North with the Plastic Gondor Rangers, the Three Hunters and _MAYBE_ the Three Hunters on horses, if they come back in stock.

The only Magic card that I can think of that may only have a single copy is the one specially printed as a marriage proposal that I think Richard Garfield used on his then girlfriend. Not an official card of course, but it was made just like one to blend in his deck he played her with. At least that was the story printed in that Duelest magazine back in maybe 1995.

Regarding GW giving the rules away for free, that I think is a fib. All rules will be free on launch, but unless the Codex rules will have a free option too, then you will still be buying rules, and how I understand it, you will need the codex rules as it will have the 2 page spread detachment rules you need to switch in and out , if you want to field certain themed armies.

I completely agree with Ben with the NMM on models nowadays, I think the method is way overused, and for some reason certain communities think it's a hallmark of an amazing model. but in reality they just look a bit strange and not very good.

Next gen Ben and Tom, love it. Tom get on deep space 9, just the first season is a struggle.

A shame that Ben & Tom had seen gameplay of Armored Core VI, but assumed that it was a cinematic trailer. The trailer video for Armored Core VI actually sums up the entirety of the game, minus the annoying warning beeps as your AC (Armored Core) gets pummeled to smithereens by rockets, bullets, lasers, railguns, flamethrowers, grenade launchers, drones that swarm, or get obliterated by a pile bunker. Ah, how I dream of the day when one of them attempts the game.

It was brought up corvus, but Vulcan could have mad ork vibes, Ferrus manus could be legion of the damned, Rogal dorn with amazing facial hair and huge mechafist. They don't all have to be boring. Making board smaller and models bigger slightly every edition and update is basically them trying to slowly push all armies into closer engagements without buffing and nerfing ranges and making people angry about it.

Buy 3 packs of the LotR collectors, 99% of gamblers lose RIGHT BEFORE they win big! I've been working at a game shop for a bit now(and loving it), have yet to buy a collectors pack but I am kinda tempted to just for the funsies of it. It is absolutely gambling, but if you get lucky you can make some money reselling fancy cards, you probably won't, but the way I see it is fun gambling that supports your FLGS and can be used to play with after unlike your scratch ticket.

Why is the sound always so quiet for these streams? I have my phone cranked to full volume and still struggle to hear you sometimes. Please output at at least 20% higher volume and trust us to be able to volume control. It's impossible to listen to this in a loud environment.

They should have never even started with the Primaris hassle. Just should of said, here are the new Marines. All of GW's overall game rules are so weak anyway that any size issue would have been next to non-existent to everything else. Never mind that you could just include a cutout of a bigger marine and anytime you need to check, put it right behind the smaller guy. Hell, that should just be standard so it is consistent across all models. Here is a model hit box for X model, if your guy can see this, centered on the base, they can see the model.

when you guys talk about miniature prices it makes me wonder why anyone buys Games Workshop. There are so many other cheaper, often better alternatives either figures or 3D printing patterns one has to wonder how Games Workshop maintains any sales volume charging soooo much. Is it just brand loyalty, people who will not buy anything but?
