The years of going CD shopping in the mall are long gone, but most of the time you'll find them in thrift stores, used, buy and sell record stores pawn shops and now a cool place called 2nd and Charles just reminds us of Fye, Camelot's, Sammy Goody, and Turtle's. I must say that this is a great CD collection.

That's a nice collection. For $1 each you should easily make your money back plus some. Assuming the discs are in decent shape and not scratched to hell.

Cool find. The Hard and Soft Rock collection will bring you the most money. I actually just bought Black Sabbaths Heaven and Hell and Led Zeppelin to replace the ones I lost. I need to start cd hunting again. Our second hand stores sell their cd's for 99 cents. Records are $2.99. I've been buying too many Records lately, it's almost becoming an obsession.

finding a ton of CDs does not mean you get good recording, not at all. I have 4 boxes of CDs, amounting to 300 cds, and ALL of them sound crappy. It's not easy to get a CD with good recording, it requires pure luck. Of course there are some exceptions because the artist has only a few recordings or they are new in the industry--and it so happens that the recording and reproduction is excellent. So QUALITY, not quantity.
