I was a belly dance teacher for 10 years. These ladies are doing a good job but the two on the sides can do even better if they could tap into their strength and confidence as they dance. This style of dance doesn't look as good of a woman doubts herself or her power when she does it.

I find they look simply amazing. I wish my tummy would be that flat. I am still a beginner in belly dance and my teacher is not slim. I find watching those 3 looks very aesthetical. It is not that my teacher looks ugly and she really has full control of all muscles to operate isolated. But myself I am still far from mastering it and I am definitely too overweight still. I already lost 23 kilos. But need to loose another 33. Working out helps me to keep the muscle while loosing weight. And before my balance deteriorated during the years I did not dance. I find belly dance is a great sport. I wish I could learn pole dance too. But I will need to really loose all excess weight first. And control of body center muscles for sure will help. But... all takes time. I hope in 6 or 7 years I might make a decent belly dancer. It is really by far more difficult as it looks. The great art is that they make it looks so effortless.

@@DogDogGodFogbecause in Asia pale is considered beautiful. E.g. Chinese women spend a lot of effort never expose any body part to the sun even while on the brach/swimming etc. ... anyway there is no healty brown... if you're Eurasian... exposure to sun just can lead to skin cancer

It takes years till it looks like that. I am also just a beginner. But it is a great full body workout. And hell it is hard. But brilliant for balance, body control and our teacher told us in a town close to ours they have a group with seniors all over 65...so if you look for a sport that will keep you fit and you can still do it past your 70th birthday... there you go

А когда в студии приходят заниматься женщины 30+ 40 + и 50+ с растяжками, обсвисшими животами и грудями после родов, брылями на лице, целлюлитом на ляжках, животах и пр. и с нулем хореографической подготовки, то вот ЭТО возможно визуально компенсировать только кучей блесток, работой с веерами и платками и прочими трюками, маскирующими танцы и пластику на уровне детсада или сельского клуба🤦👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

@@user-cv4qh5py1e если честно не такое и виртуозное... Выглядят деревянными, особенно 2 задние. Скорее это не танец живота, а фансервис, который включает симпатичные мордашки и костюмы. Танец тут явно не главное
