The way these people work is amazing. So clean, methodical and as 1 team. The cakes look divine and I wish I could smell it through the video. This is art at its finest. If only we had bakeries like this in London

I agree. Oftentimes, I come across videos like this and the people aren't even wearing any gloves while they're preparing the food with bare hands. It totally grosses me out. 🤮

You don't really know just how much work that goes into baking these cakes, just when you think it's finished, there's always another layer brilliance.

There should be machines for these work. In reality, many factories don't use all machines, may because of cost-benefits. If they are not big enough, even pay more workers labors and hours is still cheaper than automation buying machines. But quality is not that standard as machines. Many ways they use here are the same as what we do at home. A lot of work.

@@jeanettereynolds3151 Yes, I agree 1000%. A lot of European countries won't take our GMO laden crap, don't forget about the high fructose corn syrup we use. Blame a lot of it on MONSATAN (MONSATO.) handcrafted stuff is still the best.

What I love about these videos is there is NO incessant commentary from anyone! These lovely professionals just get on and do their job, they obviously love it, as can be seen by the results. Also their attention to cleanliness is exceptional. I am OCD and cannot abide dirt or messy places. Thanx ever so much to these brilliant videos. :)

현직 페이트스리 쉐프인데요, 에클레어는 깔끔한 스킬 & 도구들도 새거라 보기 좋게 잘만드시는거 같고요. 2,3은 하나에 얼마길래 저 정도로 투자를 하는지 ㄷㄷ 대단하네요. 4는 그냥 특이한 실리콘몰이 신기하고 먹기 좀 불쌍할듯. 5는 마지막에 진짜 딸기 꼭지를 쟁여 뒀다 데코한느게 잼네요
