Totally agree. I worked in Tennant Creek for about 2 years with Ab health. I met up with some guys from NorForce (army reserves in the NT). They often commented, that as soon as people put a uniform on & fell into the military role, blacks, whites & all in between worked harmoniously together without any issues. Deep tribal rivalry/feuds evaporated.

Or does someone else choose for them? What about a 1/4? Or a 1/8? How about 1/16? At what point does it become no longer claimable? Can you still claim victim status if you are 1/32th Aboriginal? 1/64th? And when we say White, is that only British? What about Spanish or Greeks are they White? This is the problem with race-based policies. Many people are no longer one or the other, so it creates division where it didn't previously exist. And the longer it goes on the more ridiculous it becomes. We're all Australians, the law should treat everyone equally.
