Yes both parties are full of it. How simple is it to say no choke holds. Stop beating people. Stop having people pulled over for 45 minutes for stop sign. Give the citation no reason to pull everyone out of vehicles. Common sense. You dont need more money for body cams every department. Why with the cams you have now you do nothing. So stop being silly. Its?crazy out here.
