Great info from great doctors....however....please spend more time adapting to very low income people and seniors who must live on really small incomes who cant afford gas to go to.....who essentially live fairly isolated by either distance and availability and cost. You are all city folks it is so obvious you have enough $ to go get this or that test that must be paid for by cash....medicare....forget it until symptoms are bad enough for insurance agrees that SOC demands they allow payment........

Walk wherever you are and watch sugar. Most people in the world don't go to gyms or watch as much TV as Americans do. Money is not a make or break. IMO.

Everyone can afford to walk and stop guzzling sugar. Insurance has nothing to do with it. Just do your bit and then you won't need tests anyway.

People are unhealthy, fat, eat too much and do not move enough in modern society. If you hate exercise, get a dog, walk it 2 or 3 times a day for 30 minutes, talk to people in your community. Nobody can say they do not have this time, its just excuses. We need to eat fresh food, less food, drink more water and and eat more vegetables & fruit.. stop the excuses and take steps to do more, eat less and move more, even if its just a gentle walk everyday to relax…good luck and be your best
