Made these. They were great. I had just finished making some blackened salmon and had a hot skillet. So I took the smashed potatoes out of the oven and finished them in the skillet. Wow!

You can also put the potatoes under the broiler to crisp (2-3 minutes) at your preference of crispness. Can add Parmesan cheese to it for more flavor too . Loved how you infused the butter & fresh herbs Together ! ☺️ Thanks for sharing , great video! 😊❤️

Nice lookin taters. I tried it once on my Blackstone but it didn't turn out very crispy. I wonder if the oven is the trick. I'll have to try it that way. Or crank up the heat on the Blackstone. Have a great day Kelvin.
