I wanted to make a travel guide-video and for that I really needed someone good to help me out with that, and I couldn't have found better people helping me out with this, than Vagabond Adventures.

Thanks for the nice video. Gudauri is perfect. I was there in 2019. The original plan was to go skiing from a helicopter, but the weather didn't allow it. But I definitely recommend it to everyone. Especially the food!!!! It's amazing!!!

No need to rent a car in my opinion. For us coming from Sweden, the taxi is really cheap there.

I would love to go freeriding in Gudauri, but I'm a freeride beginner, I do not have a backpack, i'm wondering if it's possible to rent it, take an avalanche course and then hire a freeride guide to start out?

We are going in Februari, and staying in low Gudauri. Now I realise that most of the restaurants and bars are in new Gudauri. Is it possible to go back and forth between the two places in the evening/night?

Yes, taxi is really cheap (for me as a swede at least)

@@stijnvrijelinck3848 I would say it depends on what you are wearing and where you're from. We we are from Sweden and we were wearing technical skiing clothes/gear so we had to bargain. Still don't know if we paid too much, but it was cheap for us anyway :)

I think snow can fall any month up in the mountains, but the skiing season usually starts in december.

@@noorsaba4403 it might be enough snow to go skiing, it depends on how good the start of the season is. You have to check the weather forecast and snow report before you go :)
