The chicken theme continues this last week of September among our esteemed African and the African diaspora chefs on KZfaq! The great Zeelicious Foods has prepared this ‘Healthy Pot of Nigerian Stew’ with grilled chicken! Added a little bit of palm oil to the stew to make it a “game changer” and sprinkled with “shredded leafy vegetables called efo tete (African spinach), known to be “rich in vitamins A, C, E, and K and a common vegetable in many Nigerian homes!” This dish is served with cooked white rice and fresh vegetable salad! Thank you for this yummy meal!

Please do a video on how to make semovita I've tried several times but it's a flop i nmake mistake on the measurements please help dear
@chidimmaeze98427 ай бұрын
Put a pot of water on fire, and allow to boil, then get your dried semovita and mix with cold water in to a watery consistency. Then pour into the boiling water and stir, when it thickens, add a little dry powder and mix until it properly mixed together. Reduce your heat and pour a little water into the pot and boil for five minutes then stir again. And serve

Nne this one nor be Yoruba pepper stew so??!!!...tooooo hot on the tongue 🥵
@estyonyi81539 ай бұрын
I don't think it's going to be as hot as you think. Because last week my mum made similar stew, hers was pepper, onions and shombo pepper and processed tomato. It was lit 🔥🔥
@estyonyi81539 ай бұрын
I'm even planning on making it to try, because I believe the onions overpowers the hotness from the pepper 😅
@AnneOkafor-lh7qb9 ай бұрын
She used more tatashe than pepper. Tatashe is not pepperish. It just makes the food red while giving a nice flavour.
@estyonyi81539 ай бұрын
Yes Ma, I think shombo is even hotter than tatashe.

Asians eat MSG in ALL their dishes and they have the longest life expectancy. What's ur point?
