I never prepared carb or lobster, so, this is new to me and I love it because we are going to have crab for the new year. Now I know how to do it.:) Thank you, my dear.

These were thoroughly cleaned. Normally with the blue crabs we don't even open it up to clean so to my best of knowledge, you ve been right all along. 😊 It's the first ones( Dungeness)that you were washing that we Normally open it up to clean and looks that had already been done......even with that one, when you feed them yourself, you can do without cleaning them. Don't mind anybody oooo, when I opened mine to clean they said I was getting rid of all the sweetness😂😂😂. Also generally the blue crabs on our local markets in Ghana are usually small in sizes. Yours are bigger, so they probably confused it with the bigger ones that we open up to clean.!

I clean my crab’s with a brush also. I scrub between each leg because that dark area is usually dirt. In Louisiana we don’t eat the yellow and orange stuff. My grandmother use to say, “That’s the dead man clean that out.” 😂 Never knew why she called it that. I have tried it once using a Asian recipe seen on KZfaq. I found it to be too fishy. Never tried it again. Thank you so much for always making helpful cooking videos with great tips. Blessings 🎉
