Steed I’m letting you know right now. Cell was really decent before but now after todays update he’s even more broken. It takes only two survivors finished off to get to perfect form from lvl 3as apposed to the normal 3 survivors needed. If you fight a cell and they lose, they chose to lose or are new to the game as playing raider

The best part of level 1 cell is once he reverts to an egg he must bury himself underground for three years, then his form matures.

Man it’s so nice to see a raider defeat, because Xbox’s free weekend just dropped for breakers and I kid you not 5/7 survivors in every match are new and always end in raider victories and us being forced into escape time machine because all the new players become gourmet chefs to the raider

I do not have Afterimage equipped, but I also haven't played the game since a few days prior the buff to key progress that retained already made progress, so it's been a good while since I last played. P.S. The raider I mained then was Cell back when he was considered the weakest so the fact he's now the strongest is kinda hilarious to me.

10:31 okay I have a concept for that a very shit one but a concept nonetheless first things first make it to where that other wishes instead of Simply raising everyone's Power by one instead have it to wear it not only sends them to change power 3 immediately but also completely recharges them so that they don't need to spend the entire final battle of the game looking for cool down drinks I know what you're thinking that doesn't sound so bad what's so shit the second part is what I consider to be a shit concept and that concept is depending on the total amount of change power the entire team has it will affect the damage of each individual teammate let's say there's a level 4 Survivor fighting a level 4 Raider but the rest of the team only has changed power one so that level for Raider is only capable of doing 25% of a bar of Health not 25% of the Raiders Total Health 25% of a individual bar of Health but if there's a level 4 Survivor fighting a level 4 Raider but everyone else on the team is level 3 then the level 4 survival will be able to do a bar and a half of damage to the Raider this will enforce teamwork and actually entice people to pick the second option instead of always going for level four now I know it sounds like a bit much clearly the damage percentage is don't have to be exactly that that's why I say it's a shit concept it's just something I came up with

Your heavily overating afterimage here. The first time it litterally did nothing. Even you got hit and let's buu puts you in a combo you get knocked back apply barrier and grapple way. Litterally the same sequence of events happen and also the second time. It was bascially just a dead item slot. It's short cooldown also doesn't matter that much because it's an ablity that's really only usefull In combact which again you do once and than have to wait minutes to do again outside of finding energy drinks. Not saying it's bad because if you want to fight the raider for whatever reason it's the only combo breaker( for a lack of better words) the surivorrs have and also if the raider does the back up ki blast spam I found it actually help in approaching without losing energy. Personally i found the builds with the most success to be mobitly focused. You find civilians faster, loot everything faster and the faster you do this the better because it means a less for the raider to get and b it gives the raider less time to power up. Also this day I had a game where everyone was over level 50 and he picked the raise all allies power option and not going to lie it was pretty good idea because the cell was level 3 if I remember correctly and i was the only level 3 because as i stated i use a mobitly focus build so while I'm level 3 most people are level 2 or even level 1 so if he had did the level 4 we woudl have lost because I would be the only able to hold cell down so one full power energy blast on the level 4 and its game over. Where as if you have bunch of level 2s about to go into stm phase, putting 5 of them to level 3 which is what happen is a huge advantage because they keep that buff. So if cell knocks someone out of level 3 and they drink cooldown drinks, they come back at level 3. So it can have a lot more value than one person becoming level 4 espcially when you realize stalling the raider for the stm is a way better strategy than trying to kill the raider due to most raiders wanting to get as many kills as possible so they also want to save the stm for as long as possible meaning barraging him with level 3s for that to finish is more effetive than having one attempt to kill him and if that fails you auto lose. Not saying the wish is better than going level 4 because having 5 level 2s vs a level 3 raider is a niche scenario but it happens.

tbf cell is still the "worst" raider because his kit is inherently worse. Even if its just 30 seconds minimum the fact cell has to crawl on the ground and avoid people because he can't reasonably chase people gives survivors alot of time to find resources especially season survivors or coordinated team. Both freiza and buu are bold they can fight survivors at lv1, making it hard to scavenge for resources because you don't want to feed the raider. Cell's whole gimmick is the fact he's always supposed to be 1 level ahead bare minimum, basically like in pokemon if you don't have type advantage you over level. Afterimage is terrible beacuse cell can still damaged/stunned during it and majority of his damage options can't keep up with high mobility skills that survivors like to run such as bulma bike.

Lol 4minutes for lv2 is not a good raider. He can lv 2 in 1-2 easly if he run on survivor when game start or go in D because a lot IA can be farm
