The black bar at the bottom of the video is DSP's fault, not mine. Bugged Recording Mechanics. One thing is that the comments are perhaps a little too transparent. Hopefully you can still read them. Sorry about that.
A showcase of horrendous driving, butchering of classic songs, an inability to use the aiming system properly, mission failures, blaming the game and of course the frantic calling of bugs and glitches - some justified, most fictional. This is my first TIHYDP and so it may be a bit amateur-ish in terms of the editing and such, but I wanted to make it long as possible so I didn't miss anything - I also wanted to get a balanced show of rage-filled failures, his attempts at singing, terrible navigational skills and blatant lies that he tries to spew. The start is a little slow because of this, through wanting some clips from the earlier missions. So I hope you are able to survive over two hours of Phil going back to Vice City - I barely didn't!

Also he sprays the air through the top of the flame, instead of the base of the fire. He had the same problem with the fire extinguisher in San Andreas. He sprayed the flame in the air, instead of the material which is on fire at the base.

Hahahahaha, that genuine rage when he screams "WHAT!!!" at 1:16:28. I have never in my life seen someone play Grand Theft Auto so badly, especially driving. Dude acts like he has a seizure every time he accelerates in any vehicle he gets in. Terrible.

@@IgnatiusAlpha Dude thats actually how i rage when i fail in GTA. No, really, It's really how i get mad at GTA or when things don't go my way at 1:16:28. I can actually feel DSP's pain as i'm not the only one with anger issues over a game here and i'm sick of people laughing at DSP especially when he fails at a poorly designed game like GTA. 🤦‍♂️ These crappy GTA games really make you wanna appreciate E.T and Pac-Man on Atari 2600, do you? Heck, Even NES games weren't this brutal as at least they didn't insult you and call you names like GTA did like for example, seeing that "You couldn't win a raffle, loser" in GTA 3 when failing the Turismo mission. So yeah, I can totally feel DSP's frustration while playing GTA and we all need to stop nitpicking him way too much and give him some respect and it's NOT because he plays a game poorly. And do not "Ha ha ha" DSP, NEVER, "HA-HA" at DSP!

I actually like the mass volume of comments. It really keeps me engaged since I feel the need to pay attention so I dont miss a comment. Without the mass comments I'm just watching DSP poorly play a game and there's no enjoyment in that. It's also funny seeing what people think when Phil massively fails a mission or wipes out his car. It's also good to see how many of Phil's fans are actually eager for the TIHYDP, since he makes it sound like it's only a niche group of circle jerkers watching these. But from what it seems I'm in the minority lol. This video was really well done.

I agree. No1 really wants to watch one of Phil videos, its more about the comment; correcting him in his errors and putting his ego in check. tbh, I really hate it when people do TIHYDP's and they just meme pictures or there own text. It makes it seem more selfish to the person making the TIHYDP, instead of everyone else which is how I personally see it. This is one of the better ones I've seen personally. I also find it funny that there are people that just cut Phil's fails and don't add anything else, yet none of there really get flak for it, yet you do for what? lots of comments, which the point of TIHYDP? idk get it. Anyway one of the fav. Well done.

Wow. I actually checked out Phil's actual channel for the first time in about a year (only the second time ever) and saw that he was doing this playthrough. I immediately got a feeling of both interest at seeing one of my old favorites being played, quickly followed by horror at the realization that PHIL was doing it. I instantly wanted to say "Can't wait for the next edition of T.I.H.Y.D.P: Vice City Stories. But, since he had just begun it, I figured "Well, he's only just started. Maybe, just MAYBE, I should give him a chance. Let him get into it a while. Who knows? He might actually be decent at it." Oh, silly, silly me.

This became one of my favorite TIHYDP videos. So much rage, so much stupidity, just like TIHYDP GTA San Andreas(Chaff Edition). I laughed my ass off so much. This is why Phil is only entertaining when he does something stupid and gets angry about it, but when he whines, complains, and crys about something, it only makes it less fun to watch.

Phil should be a game tester. he seems to be able find bugs that other people never experience. here's what he can do. first he becomes a game tester. then he can find bugs and do his playthroughs. he can get paid for funding bugs and he can upload the playthroughs when the game releases.

I subscribed to DSP. I did. Solely to have him keep doing these kinds of things. Really, without a "This is how you DON'T play" to watch in the weekends with my buddies wile we play games we enjoy, things will get dull. So to anyone and all out there, making these videos of DSP? Very good for your first time. It's a little overdone with the comments at the beginning of the video, and some long comments appears very briefly being not enough time to read them completely, but other than that I don't see any problems. It's one of the funniest and well done TIHYDP in my opinion. Thank you for the laughs and keep up the good work. :-)
