Seriously, it's like his idea of a game has nothing to do with mental work, or a challenge of any kind. I mean most of her audience has to be made up of people who only watch because of Phil in some capacity, although I'm sure she has a legit audience herself by all means. I just don't get it. @@DrBagel666 even granting him the clubs thing, he only needs to keep playing to get better ones. Like how you unlock new guns in COD by just playing regardless of the outcome. Even then, with a modicum of skill he'd do decent enough, regardless of the clubs. Maybe not win until he gets the best ones, but be competing.

Both the chat and the game give him hints and try to hold his hand, and he ignores them, spits in their faces, talks loudly over them, isn't paying attention to them, still loses anyways, blames literally everyone and everything for said loss, yells that it's not his fault, starts clucking like a chicken, jumping all around like he's a child, throwing a temper tantrum, like a child who didn't get a toy, cries, whines, keeps screaming at the camera that it wasn't his fault (dood), stays silent, stares blankly at the screen, says the game didn't do that, says that he didn't do that, says the game did that, tries to laugh it off or says the game's 100% "cheating", slams the controller against his desk like an actual caveman, and then, jumps up again, and yells and says that it's the game/game devs fault, with his awful laugh(which might be the worst laugh I've ever heard in my life, which totally sounds like "ack, ack, ack", fyi), repeating himself over and over, saying "this sucks" probably a hundred, maybe a thousand or even a million times, and potentially millions and millions of things that make Dave here the worst "gamer" in existence. P.S., also, there's the snorting and saying "okay", like a thousand times too.

He's considering playing Lost Odyssey, which is an old-school JRPG that can be very difficult. I'm hoping he plays it so we can see him fail hard at it.

Well, it proves that Phil just lies because he never sees the full release schedule at all and he calls himself a 'Variety Streamer' which is proof that Phil is a walking contradiction because he buys the same Call of Duty every year and plays the same Street Fighter compilation every week. I think 'Repetitive Streamer' is a better tagline for Phil.

The fact that those two matches took Phil hours to beat while Raging, Complaining and Controller Slamming is Hilarious. Yeah. I am changing my opinion now. The Blooper and Luigl matches in Aces beats Beats Super Rush By a Mile. When I saw those matches for the first time a while back, I was laughing so hard because it was that funny. Holy crapp

Honestly (seeing you mention 3DS/World Tour) this game is garbo compared to the 3DS one. It feels so... minimal effort. Kinda like that Superstars Sports title that they coughed out when the 3DS was about to disappear. The courses are all really generic (green place, green place with more water, mountain-y place, etc etc) and while I'll give props to the whole "being able to hit your ball into the greens/zones of other holes to provide more strategy" the mario content is really lacking. The randomized element at the end of hitting your shot is the worst addition to the game - if I hit the shot perfectly, why should I get penalised for it? The single player content and mii customization is objectively worse than the 3DS version too - no mission modes, no coin challenges, no tournaments... This game desperately needed a couple more months of refinement tbh. Give me World Tour any day of the week. Loved that game, it used to be my go-to for commuting to work.

@@One-Week-Wizard The series began to show its cracks starting with the 3DS. Main complaints were the lack of stats to customize compared to previous entries (Even Mario Tennis Open had more) the graphics being bad, even the N64 had some grass/sand depth while on the 3DS everything was a texture slapped on the ground, then this infamous color scheme switch that bothered me constantly. Beside that the game did have a lot more content than previously even with the lack of a story mode and the game was still fun to play, even had decent Online play
