Hehe...I never once had a problem navigating the Lost Woods when I was 10 for one simple reason. Because of the tube tv's I had, somehow, whenever there was a dead end, the light glare on my screen would always show up in a white vortex thing and would be blank if it was a clear path. Its was impossible for me NOT to take advantage of.

Can you imagine if he was actually playing the Master Quest? That has some genuinely puzzling things at times, to the point that the bosses are a relief due to them being the same as the original.

I have to say that I love the Forest Temple from OoT. It's such a beuatiful haunted looking place and the music is awesome. As a child, I spend hours fighting the two wolves at the entrance, or just enjoying the scenery.

Good God, getting Epona was so much easier in this version I remember the races having gates to jump. And Phil still has trouble with getting her.

So I, myself, just beat this game for the first time today. I kind of get a bug up my ass that if Phil beat it I have no excuse for not having finished it myself. And while I'm several years younger than Phil, for someone who also didn't play this game as a kid I did better than he did. And I played the original 64 edition. Well, sort of. I have it downloaded from the Wii virtual console. But watching this TIHYDP left me with the impression that the 3DS version is in many ways easier.

The person mentioning spin attacking Ganondorf's multiple dark orb attack is correct I'm sure, but I've never done that personally. I always just hit him with a light arrow while he is charging it, he is completely vunerable. It's honestly his weakest attack because of that.

I really, really want to see Phil go back to playing games without stream chat. The amount of times he gets stuck and immediately runs to stream chat for help is pathetic. I mean, it's fine to get stuck on a puzzle, but he doesn't even try to figure things out for himself. Instead, he just stands around and waits for stream chat to provide him with the solution. How the hell is that even remotely entertaining to watch, or better yet, PLAY?

DSP is downright embarassing for mankind. I have no words for a grown man in his late thirties failing so patheticly at games which were designed for kids or at least for much younger players. A prime example of this would be his behaviour in the final battle: When confronted wth Ganon's weak spot, he seriously asks "What do I do?!". Literally EVERY child knows that a weak spot is to be ATTACKED. A person his age basically should have grown out of thinking in trial & errror schemes when confronted with a problem and since he hasn't, he is solely relying on others to help him overcome something. Speaking of this in psychological terms, this man is not mature in any way thinkable of. He is totally dependant and obviously mentally challenged by every single riddle he is confronted with. Riddles that toddlers can solve like putting the right figure into the right hole. His mental structure totally discharged trying to solve something on his own or with a little thinking. With some luck, his brain eventually will shut down its basic functions also, which are the only ones clearly left in his nervous system and thus releasing him from this neverending pain of failing at everything he touches. >_

Aside from being generally obnoxious and hard to listen to, i don't get why ppl rip on this one. He made a lot of mistakes most ppl make on their first playthrough, and most of it was hand holding, but would you rather have that or have him not know what to do and run around for hours bitching about how stupid the game is like game grumps did? At least it was as short as it could be.

I had a blast watching him fail at Bongo Bongo--the boss I had some trouble with on my first playthrough back when I was like....12.

As bad as Phil is at this game, he still did better than the Game Grumps. Yes, seriously.
