This is the build if you want to try it out:
Reflexes Level 20
Blade Perks: Literally every single perk there is for blades
Cool Level 20:
Ninjutsu: Perks you will need in Ninjutsu is Silent and Deadly, Crouching Tiger, Strike from the Shadows, Dagger Dealer, Assassin, Jeepers Creepers, Cheat Death, Hidden Dragon, Leg Up, Ghost, From the Shadows, Hasty Retreat, and Critical Antidote
Cold Blood: Perks you will need in Cold Blood is Cold Blood, Will to Survive, Coolalugant, Cold and Calculating, Pain is an Illusion, Rapid Bloodflow, Critical Condition, Predator, Immunity, Coldest Blood and Blood Swell.
For the unspent Attribute/Perk points, i put them into Assault Perk Tree and Body Attribute but this was my personal opinion. You can put the unspent points anywhere you like. I suggest leveling up your technical ability attribute to level 18 so you can craft legendary items.
Cyberware--
Frontal Cortex: Heal on Kill (Legendary), and Mechatronic Core (Rare)
Ocular System: Kiroshi Optics MK.3 (Epic) The Ocular system really doesn't matter unless you're putting your unspent points in Assault or Pistols
Circulatory System: Micro-Generator (Epic), Adrenaline Booster (Uncommon), Syn-Lungs (Uncommon)
Immune System: Shock-N-Awe (Legendary), Metabolic Editor (Epic)
Nervous System: Kerenzikov ( Legendary), Nano relays (Epic)
Integumentary System: Subdermal Armor (Legendary) Optical Camo (Legendary) Heat Converter (Epic)
Legs: Reinforces Tendons (Rare)
Arms: Mantis Blades (Legendary)
Skeleton: Titanium Bones (Uncommon) Microrotors (Legendary)
Hands: Ballistic Coprocessor (Epic)
Operating System: Qiant Sandevistan MK.4 (Legendary), Tip: If you wanna have 2 sec cool down for the sandevistan, get your technical ability to level 18 and your crafting ability to level 18 and buy the Arasaka Heatsink crafting recipe and craft 3 legendary versions of them and equip them all on the Sandevistan, Boom, best sandevistan in the game. Its on possible to do this on the Qiant MK.4 and btw, DO NOT PUNCH FINGERS IN THAT ONE SIDE MISSION, IF YOU DO HE WILL NOT SELL YOU THE QIANT MK4 and a whole bunch of other cool shit.

I love the equip animation for the throwing knife it looks so cool and also the sound it makes when you kill someone with it is so satisfying. I'm replaying the game for the second time and I didn't realize my first time playing it how much the game let's you climb on so many things even really tall buildings, I'm having a lot of fun jumping from building to building and killing everyone with throwing knives + silenced pistol without being seen

Sadly, jumping really isn't taken into full consideration. Most points where you can reach oddly seem unintentional. Saying this, while doing the skyscraper penthouse gig only with jumping, because I screwed over the dialogue. Should had recorded, it was idiotic.

The game has an underrated and overlooked sense of verticality that is almost never present in similar games , aside from those that are centred around scaling buildings , parkour and attacking from above like Mirror's Edge , Assassin's Creed in urban settings or the Arkham series . There's even a "secret" location near the Arasaka facility that you have to scout with Takemura where there is a huge scalable building , on the very top there is a "Well Done" message from the Devs and two crates with Epic stuff inside .

Bro mod the game also it's so fucking easy surprisingly. I love my ammo count increase and new game plus with no level cap but the enemies still scale and its sweet as fuck

My first time playing through, the only way to fight like this included 18 tech and pausing between kills to replace the knives that you threw.

I was kinda wondering why your sandivestan is over so quick but thinking about it the quicker cool down to use it in clutch moments is a better idea. Having the Sandi last for 15 seconds straight is nice sometimes but I think the shorter one is better for the speed

I'd use the Scalpel iconic katana. You weren't hitting crits with the Satori, which is where most of it's damage comes from. But with the Scalpel whenever you use your Sandevistan you get 50% extra crit chance which is MASSIVE

Folks keep bringing up the Scalpel, but always been unimpressed by it. There's a point where--regardless if you crit or not, you're going to be one shotting mobs in spite of whatever difficulty you choose to play on, so it boils down to--may as well go for the "uber numbers" and go with Satori which puts the Scalpel to shame in terms of raw damage. Hell. Even on Very Hard difficulty just crafting a regular legendary katana, dropping enemies just as fast as though I were using any one of the legendary iconic katanas once you're 40+, especially 50. There's a point where it just doesn't matter any more, use whatever you want and you're still a goddamn monster.

There are some perks that Increase movement speed in the Ninjutsu Perk tree and if you level up your Reflexes attribute you also get movement speed bonus with every level up

i played cyberpunk when it first came out but its been two years, anyways just an idea, is it possible to instead of stopping then bringing out your throwing knife, you pull out the knife beforehand and immediately throw it once you see the guy. I phrased it horribly hope you understand

I wish we could have a stealth takedown with a knife. Attacking while on sneak with a knife brings you out of sneak, why? it's supposed to be a stealth weapon 😒.

Honestly stealth takedown with any blade should be a thing. Would love all melee weapons to have stealth takedowns that would take forever to animate tho.

@@gibster9624 not really. Most people would only want to have the options for katanas, Knives, mowire and Mantis blades. That's only 4 animations in total

@@boldone66 We'd definitely want more than 4 animations each time. Who wants to see the exact same takedown each time? Then is you do add melee weapons and did multiple ones with the sledge hammer, baton, the creepy dildo thing, etc etc. That's where I was saying it's a lot of animations.

I wonder if gorilla arms improves anything for katanas? or it just reduce body requirement for weapons. Since it kinda feel redundant to use mantis blade when using katana.

Pretty sure the slomo is from Sandevistan? I.e. its from cyberware. Also any knife will do. With the right perks you dont even need to collect them after throwing.

I have 3 questions and i can't quite figure them out on my own... 1st how do you make it so the knife is equipped again after killing with the first throw. Whenever I do it the knife comes back to me but right before that another one of my weapons is equipped even thought i dont want it to and I dont click anyhting. 2nd + 3rd What hand cyberware do you use and could you show what clothes in the wardrobe you use... the hands look cool and i wanted to see yopur whole character.
