The lada sauce.. its too rare to see it in peninsula malaysia. But in sabah, its almost impossible for an eatery to not have it😂

The beauty about Malaysia is that we are multi-cultural and multi-racial.. every districts and states has its own specialties.. to have it all, you gotta stay and try them all. Look for local guide but not tour agencies for best of the best!

Disabah memang kita panggil lada pun sejak dari kecil lagi.. ndak kira apa² jak bentuk sama mcm air/sos lada, memang lada kita panggil atau lada giling ni kita panggil. Org sarawak dan semenanjung panggil ni sambal..

Malaysia has second largest population of overseas chinese so the influence come from them and it's not surprising to feel a glimpse of China while being in Malaysia.
