You’re right. Honestly, we need to do better as a people. The state of Makoko in Lagos is worse than okigwe but no administration has stopped tourists visiting the area. Even till today all the governors are still in the old part of building because the is no real development in igbo land for example igbo people are good in buying and selling look at our market still primitive ways no real development of our igbo market in igbo land all the governors always move or do things old ways even the roads too
