I miss Korea😢. I had a stove but it nearly burned everything. Oh well. Cheap to eat out. I didn't eat out much. Lost 38 lbs. in 8 months. Lots of coffee shops. I had Macha smoothies, rice, chicken soup. My staples. Your kids are so cute.

Thank you so much for inviting us into your home and sharing, I do not know what regular videos you and the kids do together but my prayer as someone who grew up in area's where most people did not look like myself, My hope is that they are also seeing dances and exercise instructors that look like mommy and mommies mom and dad. Maybe some old school "TLC" or some old school "Alijah", so they can also see where the dances and music of K-Pop were inspired from and you can share some stories and some dances with them about that time in your life in America. Kids don’t need to be on a Keto diet. This is the time where they are growing and active and need all the energy they can from food. As long as they are eating a healthy diet that’s fine, but to cut carbs out from the kids diet isn’t healthy.

You need to preheat the oven before putting them in. Cut the black part off the top because it's burnt and will taste bitter. You need to rotate the muffin pan halfway through baking because your oven doesn't have even heat distributed throughout. What you can also do is put foil on top loosely while it's baking and just take it off for the last 2-5 minutes to get a golden brown top. That will help prevent the burning as well. But if it's a microwave and not a conventional oven, don't use foil, you can use a heat safe silicon lid for like a tupperware. It's weird that kids there don't have to sit in car seats, that would be illegal in North America, because they are still too small in case there was a crash.

I tried Keto, it's great for a quick fix on weight loss but it doesn't feel healthy in the long run. Maybe 6 months maximum is what I PERSONALLY feel is good. It's really nice to see a day in the life vid like this
