Other than the virtual gravity blackout this is by far the most excited for a new ball i have been in a long time. My OG cell and cell pearl got me through high school bowling bowing and collectively have 7 of my 14 300s on them i will be buying several of these.

I had the cell back in the day. And that was beyond strong. Cant imagine that ball. The cell was a very great ball it just really cause the lanes to break down very fast. Ball had very good carry.

If you're talking about the Cell I think you're talking about. That was the 2nd ball I ever owned after switching to finger grips. I still have it, but I have no idea how it would hold up on the lanes at this point in time.

I'll Def let Darren answer as for me I don't run into this problem as a lefty but during most tournaments u move pairs after each game so it's a double edged sword cuz u need to break a lane down especially on sport oil n if ur on ur own line with let say urethane ur counter acting breaking it down but as u said it's ur lively hood so if u got a line play it

so, in general would you recommend using a lower or higher axis rotation? thankfully i can change that pretty easily so itd be great to know especially for a mid-length pattern! (our league is basically going up in lengths of the kegel patterns, and the 37ft one was super tricky)

How do you recommend playing a lane that has more hook in the middle than the outside does. I was trying to play it close to how I normally play 25 feet 15 break point but it just hooked at my feel every shot. I was thinking dtand right of 20 and just blast it up 5-10

I wouldn’t believe that one ball hooks more than another, unless it’s tested by a robot throwing arm that can always throw a ball at the same speed and rotation and angle, then have it throw all of the other balls the exact same way and record the results. Anything else is subjective and would have errors, but educated opinions are worthwhile if you respect the person giving that opinion.

You will always have differences, even with a throwbot. Lane changes with time, weather, and balls thrown. When it comes to bowling, I'd trust an expert player over empirical data.

I love watching thing guy as he is so informative and throws with thumb but sucks can't see him try some motiv lines or hammer. just got a crimson jackel and am fairly certain it'll be a monster compared the what I've been using, the black widow 2.0
