I wanna know more of Sam's backstory. I m really hoping he turns out to be a Doc Hudson type, you know he whole like won 3 Indy 500s back in the 60's but retired due to injury type. A man can dream.

close but he has done more, he used to drag race bikes, build engines and drive for a 7-up sponsored race car team, he is a master machinist and a master metellurgist and has taught college courses in metallurgy, he also has his own high performace race shop and he co-founded and ran a company that sold cleaning supplies and sold it a decade or so ago i believe it was.there is an interview with him on cleetus's brothers channel.

@@hobman he did indeed spend a few bucks for this event yes, but you’re not realizing the return he got back out of it for the views all week of racing on his channel. He made more then he spent. Even if the race only gave a lousy trophy.
