You give away the product to a viewer by whatever mechanism and then you drop a code that the business gives you that others can use for a discount. Ultra-wealthy people have no problem living next to one another. Also, youre obviously paying for the water views not a cruise ship view. And you can't forget this is Harbor Beach. The most exclusive neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale with private access to the beach. I think it's worth the money!!
