I remember ayyjayy also talking about this kickoff a while back, intentionally hard losing it to your own corner without flipping into the ball. Another one i'm surprised more people haven't included in their play is scrubs kickoff where he uses the side/top of his car, it seems to be really successful, johnnyboi also mentioned it once but no one else seems to be using it, he does it all the time but you can see it at the 3 minute mark into the 1v1 vs drku on his channel, you would probably also find success in it works really well against a fast kickoff.

its called a zap dash and you can do it by jumping right after landing a speedflip. it allows you to wavedash right after to get even more momentum, basically a super speedflip.
