Chandigarh is the city where i grew up and got education before moving to Canada. Sector 17 and 35 market and Elante mall are good places to eat. Now when we visit India most of our time is spent here as have home here.

By the way, Khyber (restaurant name you mentioned) is a famous place near Peshawar (Pakistan) which is very nearer to the border of Afghanistan. They change the name to Pashtun. Pashtun is actually used for Afghan/Pakhtun/Pashtun people, people basically live in the north part of Pakistan and Afghanistan. Just for info. These restaurant owners must be Afghan/Pashtun people actually. My guess ☺
