ANC had became a terrorist organisation under apartheid times. Signatories would have been made/elected during the release of political prisoners and abolishment of apartheid in the late 80s / early 90s when the party was officially recognized with all others, like PAC, IFP etc... so it is very possible that Zuma is a signatory when the party was officially registered before CODESA.
