Celtic are close to an agreement with K-League side Suwon Bluewings to sign striker Hyeon-Gyu Oh.
Sky Sports News understands the South Korean international is keen on a move to Celtic Park, with Celtic confident a deal can be completed with plans in place for a medical.
The Scottish Premiership champions had made an offer for Oh's international teammate Gue-Sung Cho, but talks have stalled with Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors after the player decided to weigh up his options.

After the hype I thought I’d have a wee swatch to see what type of player he was. It’s only KZfaq highlights but from what you see here if this is his best bits he’s a major downgrade on Giakoumakis Like many fans we have seen you tube videos making players look like world beaters then there not great and vice versa. Tbf to Ange he has done well with majority of his signings with only the likes of Urhoghide, Liam Shaw, Liam Scales, Ideguchi, James McCarthy, Johnny Kenny, Bernabei, and Abildgaaard not making a positive impact.

Plenty of potential there, plus though I love big gg he was a great impact player coming off the bench but couldn't displace kyogo for a start and wants to leave to get more game time which I can understand. Hopefully Oh can do the same and be that impact off the bench! N obviously push for the first 11 cause looks very decent and still only 21!
