This guy is the absolute most overrated player I can remember in the last 20 years. He is pure trash. Can't pass under pressure, can't take the ball under pressure, can't take the ball in the half turn, doesn't play long passes, always hides when the defence has the ball pointing to pass somewhere else, doesn't score or drive the game forward, doesn't control a game. All this guy does is run around and make a few tackles. The reason he is hyped so much is because England are so weak in the cm position they need to hype up any shite they have. Next people will be telling me Henderson or Phillips are world class. Any club that signs this guy better be a defensive club cos defending is the only time he has any use.

I wonder why English players are overhyped, there is nothing special about Declan Rice.

He's our best player under pressure by far literally the only player I trust with the ball, he always plays long ball mainly to Bowen, Antonio or Fornals, He literally always moves forward with the ball what a load of nonsense. I do admit that he doesn't score oftern if he does it'll probably be header, longshot or some kind of set piece so he'll probably get no more than 5 a season but since when were holding mids expected to score every week. Maybe he is overrated I don't think he is but that summary you used proved you don't watch him at all. even if you are a team that likes to keep possession, there are times when you counter attack. Also, he looks good defensively which can be plus for any team. Also, he is a baller. short & long passes. so technically, he can slot in easily in any premier league team.

Jorghino and Veratti balled Phillips and Declan to the floor and these men are not so aggressive but is pure technicality they use to knock the ball around like a training session.
