Some players seem to struggle a bit with the pace and intensity of the EPL and that tends to rush their decision making and affect their execution of skills. I feel that Garnacho is almost the opposite - he is 'moving' (physically and mentally) too fast for the game at times and I suspect that as he gains experience he will be one of those players who by slowing down seems to have time, even when things are moving fast around him. If that occurs, he will likely be a very special player because in most sports, the players who seem to have time tend to become greats. I rather a persistent dribbler than someone who's scared to take on their man.
