But then he decided that becos "he" wanted to be God, then he would "keep" the praises coming from below all for himself!! Here's my issue with a rapture idea. As in the days of Noah, during those days THE WICKED WERE SWEPT AWAY. Not the righteous. When we are told we will meet him in the clouds, that should be for the 1000 year reign. We will be welcoming him because it's the beginning of forever. We aren't supposed to leave the Earth, it says the meek SHALL INHERIT THE EARTH. The idea of escaping the coming troubles just doesn't sound right to me.
