I am a first year student in IIMA...This is entirely true... I was amazed by the discussions in the class....In all the sessions there is no right or wrong...We can speak our points without fear... I am learning more from my peers than from the professor since the class is so diverse... They even put us in a hell lot of stress that I started learning how to prioritise things and manage time.... First term is so stressful and there will be sleepless nights...but it is worth it...both the classes and the fun❤️

Very interesting. Just completed a 40 hours Harvard Designed Connected Manager Program in an IT company called Capgemini. The learning modules and pattern are exactly same. Everything i learnt there is through case studies. And no decision is absolutely right or wrong. There are consequences of decisions follows and you get opportunity everytime to make it better. Finally you connect with your PODs to discuss a case which is based on learning.
