i don’t usually comment but i LOVE cold tea. i’d much rather a creator take their time and analyze a situation from a nuanced, thought out perspective than slap a video together in 15 minutes and put out 2-3 update videos later

Before I met my bf in 2019, whenever he signed up for Bumble, James Charles would come up in like the first 10 swipes, as a woman. My bf had his settings set to show only women, but whenever he would redownload Bumble James would come up. Now if James identified as a woman this would be a non-issue, but of course no surprise that he was looking for straight men. 👀

I honestly feel like he just missed his prime opportunity. I feel like if this had come out around the time his Morphe palette had come out, it would've done really well. But now with all the controversy and people being less interested in supporting him, it seems less likely to be the hit that it could've been.

James Charles can't get out of his own way. His ego and inability to behave like an adult continues to hurt him. His line should have come out YEARS ago. He doesn't have any of the momentum he previously had and there's too many scandals he is still facing the consequences for. Edit: And what I had for breakfast was an apple and a red bull. Lol. I actually prefer this ' cold tea ', analytical format - It''s more grounded and fun. As for this entire situation, it's far too late for this makeup line to work. This man needs a MIRACLE so it would work. Either way, even if it ends up being the best influencer makeup brand - hard pass. P.S. FOR BREAKFASt I had some cereal with a side of tea. Would not recommend this combo haha

He's always been one of the most annoying people ever. Even before his scandals I couldn't stand him. I wouldn't buy a damn thing with his name on it.

I don’t mind it being “cold tea” or whatever because I cannot tell the difference. This is the only way I get information about what’s going on, so I don’t really mind being a bit late 😂

My thought is that because he came out with the "James Charles" morphe pallet, having a brand with his name could add confusion when searching for his makeup line. There is probably also some "non-compete" clause within the morphe contract that could also limit the name(s) he could use for his makeup brand.

He spent too much of his personality building years being super famous and super egotistical which is just such a bad combo and now he's realizing that fame doesn't equal likability and won't get him where he wants to go. He wants "regular/normal people" in his life now cus he thinks that will be a quick cheat code to get him more grounded and relatable quickly but that's not how that works (and it comes across as creepy and douchy). He doesn't actually want to be 'normal' he LIKES being famous and ridiculous, which to a certain degree isn't necessarily a bad thing in and of itself, but he's so out of touch with reality and how to interact in a mature and RESPECTFUL way with people which is why no one takes him seriously and is tired of seeing him everywhere (that and the 'alleged' accusations which I still don't feel like have been properly addressed by him). I also feel like some of this might be due to his friendship with Jeffree at such an informative age when he was growing into his fame. Jeffree has a very "I do and say what I want and the haters can suck it" attitude that for the longest time seemed to deal no major consequences and he grew a large business from it and James saw that. The difference between them is that Jefree seems to have more personal ambition to actually go out and take care of getting things off the ground in regards to his businesses than James who is probably relying on Morphe to carry him since that's where his makeup product successes have been. I'll bet that's why it's been so stalled is because he's having to wait on the parent company to give the actual green light or he's just waiting around for them to respond to him as opposed to him being in charge of finding his own labs and resources.

If phoebe is in pain when you brush her hair you can get a dog detangle spray. Those tend to work well and make them smell nice and their coat feels soft. 😊

He doesn't need his brand to take off and idc what changes he tries to go through, he's a predator and the lack of repercussions for that just lets him get away with more crap down the road.

No James 18/19 is the youngest you can go, that is a great clip to show someone that doesn't understand what "predatory behavior" is. Being well into your 20s, I think he was 22 then and saying you prefer to date young with your youngest being 18/19 is predatory. I'm 20 now, and every year my dating range goes up with my age. When I was 19 I would have dated someone that is 18 (and in college), I'm 20 so I would date someone that is 19, when I'm 21 I'll date someone that is 20 n so far and so on.
