@Mikey E stfu lol back then was a healthy brzenk and healthy Clive deean that he probably beat levan there was a young and healthy and stronger lupkes that gave a big trouble to denis cyplenkov despite his age. Ah and forgot to mention is that it was I pull you pull none of that bitching queens move cry bull shit like now. So na there was as strong competition that many of them still competing at top level to this day.

He wasn’t even a full time armwrestler. Once he switched over and added a few more years under his belt he rag dolled John. This recent beating was so bad I was embarrassed for John. He turned into a cherry tomato as Denis sat there like he was reading a book. Haha

@Mikey E John is like 60 and on 1/100 of a fraction of the roids and HGH that the younger Denis is on. People talk about the weaker competition but no one today is doing what he did back then. so if everyone is stronger, then theoretically someone could also go undefeated for 25 years because EVERYONE evolved. But that's just simply not the case. No one else has done it

Devon still competes and most certainly hasn’t faded to obscurity so I have no idea what your talking about there but ok edit: also denis cyplinkov is coming back to the sport and he is still extremely strong it sounds like John and him are planning for a rematch (but a comment on a KZfaq video by John isn’t really aet in stone) while I do think John is the best arm wrestler of all time I disagree with the reasons you gave for him having that title or more accurately the people you claimed went into obscurity while he stayed on top because that didn’t happen John is just recently considering coming out of retirement and I’m not sure it’ll happen whereas denis is and only stopped for surgery and larrat has been strong in arm wrestling for a while now and never stopped these comparisons aren’t good ones.

@@loneranger9485 That’s absolutely wrong Devon is currently cutting to be in a more competitive weight class for him he clearly didn’t belong in super heavy weight but that doesn’t mean his career is over also yeah John Brznk has had a longer career but that’s not argument when all I’m saying is Devon’s career isn’t over so John didn’t out last him. Side by side compare devons and johns remsume its not even remotely close. I dont even think devon has won a single overseas tourney and typically only competes in super matches at this point in time devon isnt even top 10 nore has he been top 10 because lets face it he never faces top teir giys and when he does he loses.

@@EzEgamer31 he’s won a couple more local level tourneys in Australia Japan and some Western European countries he also competed in 1999(Japan) World Series and 2000(Finland) he got 3rd right and 3rd left for both tournaments but it’s not really a question of career or who’s the better arm wrestler it’s who’s still more active and John is semi retired Devon isn’t there’s not much too it

@@PahEz lol what? He just stated at this recent king of the table he is at the best level he’s ever been especially after the stem cells now. John was like 200 pounds soaking wet in his prime 😂. He’s much bigger and stronger now at 240-250 and with all the gear he’s on.

The current number one the Georgian Hulk, Levan, has decades at the top to achieve to come even close to matching John's dominance and longitivity in the sport.

the most decorated wrestlers in the sport, Brzenk and was named in the 2000 edition of the Guinness Book of World Records, as the "Most Successful Arm Wrestler" at that time and lauded at the World Wristwrestling Championship in 1998 as "the greatest arm wrestler in the history of the sport" so no doubt 💪

Devon has not come and gone, he has not begun the downward spiral and he has absolutely not fallen off. In fact, Devon is without question, the greatest of all time. The man is almost 50 and has only gotten better. This Devon would have TERRORIZED the competition if he was this good from the start. I really wouldn’t put it past him to defeat Levan at some point. He just trains and trains and pushes past what we all think is his limit. This was what people like Michael Jordan, Tom Brady and Wayne Gretzky do.

john is not the goat at all. He hates everyone who doesn't say he's the goat all the time. He bullies smaller competitors in the name of influence and size, like against ongarbaev and petrenko. He says steroids are bad but was exposed and then was forced to admit that he used 200 mg tren, 500 mg test, and 5 mg sarms per week for 8 months on his deleted live stream. Not to mention his paid goons like Brandon Allen threaten his opponents to pin themselves to make john look good , that was the case till irakli match when the goons were thrown out and john started losing all the time.

Almost every single name you mentioned in this video is still relevant and competing in matches today. Bagent won’t admit it but he was pretty injured and needed a long time to heal, Denis was sick, Todd was injured and had surgery, Voevoda is going to fight Larratt some time fairly soon. Speaking of Devon Larratt, he is the single greatest arm wrestler on the planet. 50 years old and beating guys half his age that are much bigger than he is and doing it without ease. Not bagging on Brzenk at all, I have the utmost respect and admiration for the man so don’t come at me sideways.

U have guys like randy moss calvin johnson denis cyplenkov levan saginashivili who r all legends and may have been better at their peak but longevity is the most important factor in any goat conversation IMO. That's why I have lebron and kareem ahead of mj and reggie white and rod woodson ahead of lawrence taylor but everyone that I mentioned in this comment is an absolute legend in their own right and I don't mean to slander any of them by sharing my personal opinion.

Levan from Georgia is the strongest arms wrestler of all time and most likely would beat John in their both primes but John is the GOAT due to longevity and long career. I agree!
