The only thing that pissed me off is that he was making a joke about Hispanics not liking black people and a woman stood up and he thought she was a black woman so he called her a bitch. Didnt his wife give him a kidney and he left her or cheated on her or something? That happened to a young lady on tiktok. She gave a kidney to a boyfriend and then he broke up with her. And Selena Gomez's best friend gave her a kidney and its been ALLEGED that Selena stopped being friends with her. I have SLE Lupus and Stage 3 Chronic kidney disease. My docs are trying their best to keep me off the transplant table and dialysis. If it comes to me needing a kidney and its a family member ir a friend, I would cherish them forever.

I really wish Francia took her time to really understand the huge sacrifice she would do. We have two kidneys for a reason. And it’s not only one kidney she’s living without it’s also one adrenal gland that sits on top of our kidneys that produce cortisol. I would only do something as serious as this for my parents/sister/child.

Another thing you forgot to mention is that after George Lopez and his wife split, he became estranged with her and his daughter for years. According to a recent interview by Lopez himself, there was even a 3 year stretch where he had zero contact with his daughter. They only recently reconciled during the pandemic.

One of them was a modest hit which was _George Lopez_ (2002-2007), two of them were flops that got cancelled which were _Saint George_ (2014) and _Lopez_ (2016-2017), and now he's got a fourth one that's probably on its way to get cancelled which is _Lopez vs Lopez_ (2022-). Why do they keep giving him shows? His novelty ran out over a decade ago and he currently doesn't look good for the camera at all, he looks very sickly but he's not playing sickly roles. At best he should be playing a side character in someone else's show instead of constantly getting his own which nobody watches.

People still don't seem to "get" that there is a brotherhood between comedians that is so intimate it's almost spiritual. Yeah, they hate on each other all the time with their gripes and so-called beefs, but when they love each other it's SO deep that it transcends race, sex, religion... I've been a fan of comedy for over fifty years and I know this to be true without a doubt.

I think theres a reason Gabriel Iglesias is such a famous comedian, he doesn’t like getting political with his comedy, he wants to bring people together through laughter, and i would argue that Gabriel has a much more successful career because he believes what he does.

The fact that black comedians stick beside non- black comedians who say anti black things is why I have zero qualms about canceling a black comedian when they say/do something offensive. What confuses me is that those same comedians get mad when members of the black community cancel or side-eye them for defending anti-black jokes. Why do comedians get to have a group that they're loyal to and the black community can't have ours. Remember you've got your group and I've got mine. He ignored the attacks on Mexican street vendors and the looting of Latino businesses but would raise flags in support of BLM. That is why he got bashed for BLM support. He was posting in line with white liberals and Hollywood in order to be good with them. He also called the predominantly Latino LAPD racist, then took a part where he plays a decorated Marine and LAPD officer and posted a picture of it on IG in uniform with awards on.

The only black comedians I got love for are Dave Chappelle, Richard Pryor, old school Eddie Murphy, Martin Lawrence, Bernie Mac, and Paul Mooney. All others I keep at a safe distance, such as Steve Harvey, Chris Rock, Kevin Hart and Cedric the Entertainer.

George Lopez was the first and only stand up comedian I walked out on. His early jokes are pretty representative of how anti-blackness is espoused in the latin communities, particularly amongst Hispanics.

The Latin community needs to be seriously informed/educated on the fact that Black Americans have shown up to support them during their protests . We have cast them in our movies. We also have showcased their comedians on OUR platforms like BET's Comic View from back in the day, DEF Jam, etc. During the Civil Rights Movement, we, Black American's asked the Latino Community to join us in the fight but, they refused because as Anglo people they did not see OUR fight as theirs; check the history books, this is a fact.
