How are you traveling so freely and recording without any concern of pick pocketed and getting robbed? I have heard Rio is notorious for robbery, pick pocketing ect?

Although Rio is known for that, it doesn't mean that you can't record anywhere. Is it dangerous? Yes, but not as dangerous as the media makes it seem, lol. Just stay away from the notoriously dangerous areas(like favelas) and be aware of your surroundings in case you are carrying jewelry or any electronic device, and you're free to enjoy the trip! You could also ask the locals for advice on what you should and should not do if you want to feel safer. He probably didn't think of the potential dangers and was just vibing and enjoying the city and its wonders😅

Just have some situational awareness and don't flaunt gold necklaces and expensive stuff. Most tourists don't encounter any problems following some basic advice
