My family Bible published in 1493 in England has the book of Enoch and all the books that the council had removed.

As a young Christian I struggled understanding why the Flood needed to happen. Then I read Enoch and it all made sense. Wicked men weren’t the only ones being wiped out.

Alien is a new term. Before the term, any person who saw something supernatural would describe them as Celestial beings, later the terms Angels and demons were used. Forget the new terminology and it becomes apparent. The Watchers/ Fallen Angels/ Anunnaki are all the same beings. EDIT: Just to clarify, the Giant's are still technically "Nephilim" as they hail from the same bloodline, but when discussing the Giants scripture calls them " Mighty men of renown ". Why mighty ? I'd assume that word was used because of their giant stature. And as for renown, that would be fitting to describe unholy gigantic blood thirsty offspring.

@Motech Originally from before the time of Moses there was 4 Books of Enoch, not just one book. Up to 325 A.D. there was still all 4 books. The Dead Sea Scrolls have most of 2 books and parts of a 3rd book. Ethiopian Church has 2 books of Enoch. There is more than 1 book of Enoch. In total we know from history there was originally 4 books of Enoch. Today from the Ethiopian Church we have 2 books. From the Dead Sea Scrolls most of 2 books, and parts of a 3rd book. Maybe if we looked hard enough in the Vatican Vaults/Archives we could find the original 4 books? Just a thought for anybody who is looking?

I think that the big thing youre missing here is that most books of the Bible were written by other people. Not just who the book is named for. Also for anyone wanting to cypher the books for themselves should pick up an Apocrypha. Its all the lost books of the Bible.

The collection of books bound together into what we call "The Bible" both Old and New Testaments are the most studied books in human history. 98% of people who simply attend a church service and hear the books read to them don't really go much deeper into just how extensive and deeply researched they really are... and it gets painstakingly detailed. Because of this, we have found the locations of lost cities and kingdoms mentioned. We even know where the location of Eden would've been. I'm paraphrasing from an annotated Bible that includes all books and explains the reasons why some denominations chose to keep books or remove them, but essentially they realized there were mentions in the book of Enoch that they couldn't possibly have known at that time. Suggesting it would've been written at a much later date. But then, that's several events described that were left in the current version we all know. Towards the end of the Bronze Age, nobody was really writing anything. This is known as the 4.2 kiloyear event. Things were so bad during this time that it's almost a silent point in history where something happened, but we don't really find out what until after things start to get better for everyone. This is where we get stories like the Exodus from Egypt and the Iliad. Not to discredit The Bible. The events described did actually happen, but they were described the way people remembered it had happened. The Ancient Egyptians also didn't like having anything negative in their history. They will write about their triumphs, exaggerate numbers, and leave out any losses. Secular Historians who take things literally will probably see this as evidence that the story of Exodus hadn't happened, but we know from that same painstaking detail of combing through biblical history that it did. The "10 plagues of Egypt" sounding like an oddly specific number, were all one in the same cause and effect. It was what people experienced in Egypt when they, like many others throughout the world, were wanting to leave the cities and take their chances elsewhere, but the Pharoah was facing attacks from the Sea People and wanted strength in numbers to avoid the collapse of the kingdom. Despite the Exodus having occured anyways, Egypt survived into the Iron Age. Similarly, tales going even further back to the great flood are ancient even to the Babylonians. That doesn't mean the events didn't happen. Just that the tales are simply "how they best remember it happening."

The fallen angels taught angelic knowledge they were not supposed to…so…people worshipped them…of course. The entire ancient alien series is actually proof of the Bible even though the want to say it’s green men. The truth is stranger than fiction. Whether that particular book is real, I do not know. The Bible told me about the fallen angels and nephilim and the tree we were not supposed to eat from was the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. We ate from it and there they came. I am from Eritrea a neighbouring country of Ethiopia. The book of Enoch is taught to the deacons in church but the church does not allow it to be taken out of the church. The Deacons do try to teach the rest of the followers about the book of Enoch but a lot of people find it contradicts with the bible. By the way it’s written in Ge’ez “G” for gun 😅 and not jeez.

We have all these phenomenon described in Vedas, about constellations, period of sun and moon, how to build huge ancient structures (how to lay foundations, and type of achitecture based on different materials) and so on. What I don't understand is how do they know if Enoch was written 4,000 years after Enoch had been taken by God? Other than maybe going back from the flood tracing back to Enoch through Noah blood line. Ok I can understand that. However, something also to note is that people lived for close to a thousand years in the beginning. So, it is not too far-fetched that these events could have been documented and passed down verbally until someone wrote them on scrolls before they got then tranfered from the caves to being rewritten in books.

The Book of Enoch was not banned like many others but simply not included in the final compilation, but it's still an authoritative book. To say it is banned is very untrue. There are other books that are not included in the Bible like "The Wisdom of Solomon", "Maccabees", etc.

They put out the translated Dead Sea scrolls, with a special chapter on Enoch, but the book of Enoch we know really is does not seem to be amongst the Dead Sea scrolls.

One thing I think it's very interesting to point out, is in chapter 80 it actually describes that all things on the earth will alter and not appear in their time hence the Mandela effect. Or as I like to call it the quantum effect. Not only that but it describes the things in space like we're going to have anomalies with the Moon and the Sun and even Planet X.

There are many books from the period of these text that where deemed not holy text, far earlier than Nicia. Just because a book references a name mentioned in Genesis does not give these books any credibility other than biblical based fiction. Harry Potter is popular, that does not mean it is truth.
